Meet Our New Studio Manager!

We are excited to announce the promotion of CDC office staff member, Molly Smith, to Studio Manager! Molly and her family have been part of CDC since 2007. Her two daughters, Avery and Daryn, have grown up at the studio and her husband Jeff dances in recital each year as part of the Father/Daughter program.

Even before working for CDC Molly was always an active dance mom, volunteering wherever help was needed including a few years on the Competition Team Booster Club. With her friendly personality and can-do attitude Molly has become an invaluable member of the CDC team. You will still see her in the office and she will continue as Costume Coordinator, but she will now be much more involved in the day-to-day running of the studio.

After spending almost 20-years in the corporate world Molly is thrilled to have found her “forever home” at Carlsbad Dance Centre... and we could not be happier!!
