Jazz Master Class with Will B. Bell

Will B. Bell is a Los Angeles based professional dancer. He has performed alongside Derek Hough, Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson. He has a strong technical background in ballet, contemporary, modern and jazz. He is a faculty teacher at Millenium Dance Complex, Edge Performing Arts Center, Debbie Reynolds and Movement Lifestyle. He received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Towson University and has trained at the Ailey School in NYC and Line Ballet in San Francisco. Will’s jazz classes are high energy and technical. His style of teaching challenges dancers and also allows them to bring themselves into the movement. This master class is open to ALL DANCERS, regardless of studio enrollment. Jaci Royal has a unique passion for the art form of dance that shines through her powerful and distinctive work. Her company Royal Flux appeared on NBC’s “World of Dance” Seasons 1 and 2. Royal Flux is recognized world wide for pushing the boundaries of physicality and delivering artistic, awe-inspiring performances. Jaci’s work can also be seen on Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance” Seasons 12, 13 and 14. A few of her other credits include associate choreographer for the film Country Strong, director and choreographer for the annual Capezio Fashion Show, top 3 finalist in the ACE Awards and choreographer for country artist Maggie Rose’s music video “Maybe Tonight”.

Hip-hop your way through the history of street dance. From the Running Man to the Dougie, dancers will learn how hip-hop evolved to current styles. This exploration into the history of hip-hop will also allow dancers to learn the origin of several street dances, as well as demonstrate their own interpretations of the classics. Get ready to lean and rock into the past and create some sweet futuristic freestyle moves of your own. -
