Anna Stremel

Anna Stremel was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. Her dance journey began at Carlsbad Dance Centre when she was two years old. When she was seven, Anna joined the competition team, where she competed in hip hop, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, and tap for 10 years. After graduating from high school in 2019, she traveled to New York City and Los Angeles, where she learned from various master choreographers and artists while attending school. Anna studied arts and entertainment management and business in her college courses. She also received a certificate from the NYU Tisch Clive Davis School of Recording Arts for completing their Music Industry Essentials program. When she moved back to Carlsbad in 2022, she discovered a passion for teaching and choreographing.

Between her love for dance and interest in the entertainment industry, Anna is excited and inspired to be back at CDC to teach and guide young dancers toward their goals as artists. Anna strives to create a positive and motivating environment in her classes and aims for students to grow individually and as a team within a safe space.
