Exchanges & Refunds
Unless otherwise noted, exchanges or refunds must be done within 14 days of delivery.
CDC Dance Events
Summer Dance Camps, Intensives, Workshops, Master Classes, Recital Performance Groups (RPGs), etc.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel participation in a CDC dance event, you must notify us via email at least 7 days before event start date. If cancellation is not received within the 7 day window, refunds or credits are not available. Phone notifications are not accepted. Purchaser will be offered the option of a refund direct to their credit card or a CDC tuition credit. No other exceptions, refunds, credits or transfers of credit are allowed. Any refunds granted will be charged a 10% administrative fee and will be processed within 14 business days of request.
DVDs
Return Policy: Only unopened DVDs can be returned for refund or credit. Defective DVDs will be exchanged for the exact same show and cast.
Show Programs
All sales of show programs are final unless defective. Defective programs will be exchanged for the exact same show.
